Using TossUp

TossUp provides free browser-based randomizers, games and guides for general informational and entertainment purposes. You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational and business activities.

Fair use of the tools

You are responsible for the entries you put into a wheel and for how you use the resulting selection. Do not use TossUp to make decisions that require professional, legal, medical or financial judgment.

Random group selections, including prize draws you run yourself

If you run a raffle, giveaway or contest, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform rules and your published terms. TossUp does not certify that a particular promotion is legally compliant.

Adult-party content

Some pages may contain adult-oriented party-game ideas. Drinking-related activities are intended only for adults who can legally consume alcohol where they are located. Alcohol is never required to use TossUp, and non-alcoholic alternatives are encouraged.

Availability

We try to keep TossUp available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every browser will behave identically.

Our original guides and website copy are provided for use on TossUp. Do not copy the site's content wholesale for publication elsewhere.
